Review for the toddler Tula is basically the same as standard; it's the same in every way but on a larger scale. The size jump is huge though. At 18 months my daughter was lost in the toddler size (again she is petite for her age).

It wasn't until after her 2nd birthday that she fit comfortably in it. Before that, her legs had been overextended and the panel came right up to her ears!

Sizing in carriers is determined more by the size and height of your child, not just the weight. Don't be disheartened, or try to use a carrier that doesn't fit, just because your child is the correct weight.

Once a child is over the age of one the knee to knee fit doesn't apply as much as when they are smaller. My daughter was still in the standard size Tula until she moved up, with her knees about an inch out from the panel each side.

Price and value for money - £110+ depending on design and exclusivity

Tula wrap conversion

Wrap conversion Tula’s are made either partly (semi/half) or completely (full) using a woven wrap.

The one we have is a full wrap conversion using a Tula woven wrap.

This one did not come in a bag, but on opening was already quite soft, more so than the canvas versions. Due to being wrap material it feels slightly thicker and fits that wee bit more snug for myself and my daughter. Apart from the feel, it's designed exactly the same as the canvas Tula’s so fit, comfort and ease of use is very similar.

Price and value for money - £203-£500+ depending on the version (semi/half/full) and also the type of wrap used. These are the retail prices but it's a challenge to actually get one at retail. Most of the time people buy preloved at market value which is a lot more.

These are certainly far more expensive, but if you wear full time and have the chance to get one then I would certainly recommend it.xx
